Admissions & Enrolment

Our academic programme includes students from Kindergarten (KG) to Year 13, and we follow a rigorous curriculum based on the UK National Curriculum, with an emphasis on core subjects such as English, Mathematics, Science and Arabic.

Yes, all new students undergo an admission process that includes an interview with the Principal, School Counselor, and School Nurse, followed by an entrance assessment examination to determine their academic readiness and support needs.

Parents can track the progress of their child’s admission application through the school registrar. If all required documents are submitted and the student successfully passes the assessment, the process can be completed within one day. In cases where additional steps are needed, the registrar will maintain regular communication with the parents to provide updates on the status of the application.

School Structure & Calendar

The school operates from 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
Student attendance hours are from 6:40 AM to 1:15 PM.

The academic year is divided into three terms:

Term 1: August to December

Term 2: January to March

Term 3: April to June

Yes, the school calendar is available through the school portal and the E-Planner.

Yes, mid-year enrolments are permitted, subject to approval in line with Ministry of Education guidelines.

Communication & Parent Support

Parents are kept informed through regular parent meetings, termly Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs), and report cards, which are accessible via the school portal after each term exam. Important announcements and updates are also shared through SMS, the TCS Pulse Group, E-Planner, and the Parent Relations Officer (PRO).

Yes, Arabic Language and Islamic Studies are taught to both Arab and non-Arab students, following the guidelines of the Ministry of Education.

Yes, both Islamic Studies and Qatar History are integral parts of the school curriculum and are delivered in alignment with national education standards.

Logistics & Facilities

Yes, school transportation is available. The Transportation Department is located in the new administrative area and is ready to assist with route planning and related inquiries.

Yes, the school has a prescribed uniform. All information regarding uniforms, books, and transportation will be shared and processed during the admissions procedure.

The school canteen is approved by the Ministry and offers a variety of food options, including sandwiches, rice meals, salads, and juices.

Yes, students participate in inter-house competitions through our four houses: Eagle, Owl, Kestrel, and Hawk. Leadership opportunities are also available through the School Student Council.

The school follows a comprehensive Child Protection Policy and provides access to counseling services and a structured Remedial Behavior Policy to ensure a safe and supportive environment for all students.

Fees & Payment

A sibling discount on tuition fee is available for the Third and subsequent children studying in the school. 3rd child 15%, 4th child 25% and 5th child and above 35%.
